    In addition to regular business, the Planning Commission will hold two public hearings:

    Bruce Sanders has requested a special land use permit to establish a “mud bogging pit” in order to hold mud bogging events from May 1 to Sept 30.  The original public hearing was held on May 19, 2015, the applicant has provided new information and an updated site plan.  The property is located in the Agriculture (AG) zoning  district  in Amber Township, Section 23, N 3/4 OF E 1/2 OF SW ¼, T18N R17W 60 A M/L, 965 S.     Douglas Strzynski and Cynthia Rinkevicz have requested a special land use permit to establish a home based business “Yeck Lure Co., LLC”.  The property is located in the C-2 zoning district in Amber Township, Section 13, E 1/2 OF SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4, EXC S 16 RODSOF W 16 RODS 3.5 FT, EXC ALSO S 264 FT OF E 220 FT, T18N R17W, 17.05 A M/L, 650 W. HWY US-10, parcel #001-013-004-00.
