In addition to regular business the Planning Commission will review 1) a site plan and other information requested by the Planning Commission related to the mud bogging pit proposed by Bruce Sanders, 965 S. Gordon Rd., Scottville. The original public hearing was on May 19, 2015; the decision was postponed until additional information could be presented with a new site plan.
2) Daryl Peterson has requested a text amendment to change Agribusiness from a special land use to a permitted land use with the Agricultural District and for changes to Section 19.08 regarding parking lot surfacing requirements.
