The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing:
David Beebe has requested a variance on a property located in the Recreational Residential (RR) zoning district, Summit Township, Sec 26, GILBERT'S ADDITION, BASS LAKE PARK N 55 FT OF S 210 FT OF BLOCK 5, Parcel 014-455-007-00, access 6651 S. Bass Lake Blvd. The applicant is requesting approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals to construct a 16’ X 26’ addition to nonconforming dwelling.
