  • Location:  102 E. 5th Street, Scottville MI   49454.   The public is invited to attend this meeting. 

    In addition to regular business the Planning Commission will review:

     1) Site plan review for a new building to be occupied by "Serve Pro",  a personal service establishment, in Amber Township,  1833 W. US-10, Section 15 (parcel 001-015-061-10).

    2) Bruce Sanders has requested a special land use permit to establish a “mud bogging pit” in order to hold mud bogging events from May 1 to Sept 30.  The property is located in the Agriculture (A) zoning  district  in Amber Township, commencing at  N 3/4 OF E 1/2 OF SW 1/4 SEC 23 T18N R17W 60 A M/L, access 965 S. Gordon Rd, parcel #001-023-012-00.
