    In addition to regular business, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for:

    1.  Site Plan Review for a new Dollar General Retail Store to be located in Walhalla, Branch Township, on US-10 (south side) between the Post Office and Bob's Plumbing. 

    2.  Zoning text amendment related to Section 19.02 of the Zoning Ordinance to extend the paving requirement to up to four years (paving is required prior to occupancy or a bond can be obtained during inclement weather months to extend the requirement for up to six months). 

    3.  Site Plan amendment, Summit's Trace Mini-Storage, Summit Township, 7090 S PM Hwy., a new 60' X 120' storage building is proposed.   Several smaller buildings were removed from the site plan in lieu of the larger building. 

    4.  Jeff and Kathy Fiers, Home business (towing) expansion request for an enclosed  impound yard (65' X 128') in rear yard. 1947 S. Darr Road, Custer Township.
