    Michael Kommer has filed an application for a variance on a property located in the Recreational Residential (RR) district of Logan Township, Section 30 Whiskey Creek Campsite Condominium Units 76, 77, 78, 79 & 80, access 6423 Outer Loop Dr.. The applicant is requesting an 20’ variance from the required 25’ front yard setback from the edge of the road right of way in order to construct a 14’ X 40’ roof-over with 12’ x 28’ addition.
