    In addition to regular business, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for:

    Grossenbacher Rentals LLC (Fun-N-Sun RV) has requested an expansion of an existing open air business in the C-2 District to provide for additional recreational vehicle outdoor storage and display area (approximately 0.14 acre expansion).  The proposed expansion is adjacent to Fun-N-Sun RV’s current display area along the south property line along US-10 HWY and within the Consumers Energy easement. The special land use relates to a portion of the Consumers Energy easement generally located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 17, T18N R17W.  Parcel #001-017-004-00 (Consumers Easement), has no address. Fun-N-Sun RV’s main office is located at 66 N. Dennis Road, Section 17, Amber Township, parcel #001-017-009-00.

    Allen & Amber Michels with Marvin Schmucker (Wanna Buy Sheds) have requested a special land use permit for the expansion of an Open Air Business in the C-2 District for display of yard sheds and other items. The proposed expansion is on the north half (approximate) of described property and located at the SW corner of US-10 and Walhalla Road: PART OF NW 1/4 OF SW ¼ SECTION 16, T18N R15W, 1.19 ACRES M/L. Parcel #002-016-059-01, access 25 S. Walhalla Road.
