    The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing: 

    Carroll Fultz has requested a variance on a property located in the Residential District (R-1), Sheridan Township, Tuttle’s Ford Lake Subdivision Lot 34, parcel 012-700-034-00, access 5068 N. Ford Lake Rd.  The applicant is requesting a 5 ft. variance from the required 10 ft. side yard setback (south side) for a 20’ X 8’ deck and a 20’ x 10’ addition to an existing house.

    Mike Keeler has requested a variance on a property located in the Recreational Residential District (R-R), Meade Township, Section 4,10 acres m/l, #009-004-016-00 access 6579 S. County Line Rd.  The applicant is requesting an after-the-fact variance for a 20’ x 24’ detached accessory building placed in the front yard.
