  • The Mason County Planning Commission will be meeting in the Mason County Airport conference room at 7:00 pm. The following request will be reviewed:

    Barz Investments LLC (Kirk Barz) has requested a Special Land Use permit to construct a 30' X 40' steel building to enclose an incinerator (human type) for cremation. The property is located in the Industrial (I) and Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) zoning district, Amber Township, parcel 001-016-018-00, access 3179 W US 10.
