In addition to regular business, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing for:
Mason County has filed an appeal of an administrative decision made by the Mason County Planning Commission on 3-17-15 (#PZ15012) pertaining to site plan/special land use approval for a warehouse addition at Indian Summer Co-op Inc., access 3958 W. Chauvez Rd., Riverton Township, Section 32, (Parcel # 011-132-003-00). The appeal alleges that the Planning Commission misinterpreted Sections 18.05 (10) and 19.05 (8) of the Zoning Ordinance related to parking lot improvements.
Chevy McCormick has filed an application for a variance on a property located in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district within Sheridan Township, 012-007-010-10, access 5457 N. Larson Rd. The applicant is requesting a 30’ variance from the required 50’ front yard setback (from the edge of the road right of way) in order to construct a 40’ X 56’ detached garage in the front yard.
