The applicant is requesting a 12’ 6” variance from the required 25’ side yard setback for placement of a 24’ x 20’ detached garage.
Matthew Langfeldt has requested a variance on a property located in the Agricultural District (AG), Riverton Township, Sec 10, S 633.5 ft of W 275 FT of E 1/2 of E 1/2of NW 1/4 subj to ease of record, parcel 011-010-007-10, access 2070 W. KistlerRd. The applicant is requesting a 13’ variance from the required 50’ front yard setback for placement of a 28’ x 32’ attached garage and a 16’ x 20’ mudroom.
