ESAD Recreation LLC has requested an amendment to an existing special land use to construct a 30’ x 48’ detached accessory building for storage at an existing campground (Whispering Surf). The request is for a property located in the Recreational Residential (RR) zoning district, Summit Township, Sec 35, BASS LAKE PARK LOTS 29 THRU 32 & E 1/2 OF MICHIGAN AVE AS ABANDONED ADJT TO SD LOTS BLOCK 19, Parcel 014-219-029-00, access 5791 W. Sunset Lane.
Chris VanderHaag has requested a special land use permit to construct one 30’ x 80’ mini-storage warehouse (Phase I), and two mini-storage warehouses comprising 2800 square feet (Phase II). The property is located in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) zoning district, Amber Township, SEC 15 T18N R17W, 1.29 acres M/L, parcel 001-015-008-20, access 1680 W. US-10 HWY (parcel directly behind VanderHaag Car Sales-Rentals).
