Adam Baker (J.R. Maintenance & Restoration) has requested a 20’ variance from the required 25’ front yard setback to place a 24’ x 24’ accessory building in the required front yard. The subject property is located in the Recreational Residential (RR) zoning district, Summit Township, parcel 014-775-009-50, access 6974 S. Lakeshore Dr.
Rick Oldenkamp has requested a variance to combine two non-conforming adjacent lots to create a more conforming lot. The combined lot would have 40’ of public road frontage. The subject property is located in the Agricultural (AG) zoning district, Summit Township, parcel 014-114-038-00, access 5996 W. Meisenheimer Rd.
