• 7:00 PM - 7:00 PM Planning Commission

  • The Mason County Planning Commission will be meeting in the Mason County Airport conference room at 7:00 pm. The following requests will be reviewed:

    Barz Investments LLC (Kirk Barz) has requested a zoning map amendment to a dually zoned parcel. The request is to expand the existing Industrial (I) zoned portion of the property 250’ to the north into the currently zoned Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) portion of the property on the subject parcel. 

    Hoffmanning Holdings, LLC has requested a site plan amendment for an existing Special Land Use to establish a 16’ x 32’ accessory building for an existing campground (Whispering Surf Campground). 

    Amerilodge Group has requested a Special Land Use to establish a new 4-story hotel.
