    In addition to regular business, the Zoning Board of appeals will hear the following variance request:

    Bruce Sanders has filed an application for a variance on a property located in the Agricultural (A) zoning district within Amber Township, Section 23, N 3/4 OF E 1/2 OF SW 1/4 SEC 23 T18N R17W 60 A m/l, 001-023-012-00, access 965 S. Gordon Rd.  The applicant is requesting a 150’ variance (west property line) from the required 500’ setback for a proposed spectator area located next to a mud bogging pit.
