    The Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting for the following request:

    Amerilodge Group ( Steve Aldridge) has requested two variances on a property located in the Highway Commercial (C-1) zoning district, Amber Township, Parcel 001-017-037-00, access 3667 W US 10. The first request is for a 1’ variance from the required parking space size of 10’ x 20’ with a proposed 9’ x 20’ size. The second request is for a 17’ variance from the required 30’ greenbelt buffer along US 10 to place 9 parking spaces within the required buffer.
