    The Mason County Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting for the following request:

    Chad Viening has requested a variance on a property located in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-2) zoning district, Amber Township, parcel 001-013-009-11, access 460 W US 10. The request is for a variance from the maximum allowable of one (1) freestanding/ground mounted sign on a single parcel in order to place an additional one (1) freestanding/ground mounted sign for a total of two (2) freestanding/ground mounted signs on a single parcel.
