    LOCATION:  Amber Township Hall, 171 S. Amber Rd., Scottville MI

    In addition to regular business, the Planning Commission will: 

    1. Hear a presentation from Mike Hankard, Hankard Environmental, regarding the results of the 2017 spring Post-Construction Sound Survey conducted in Lake Winds Energy Park. 

    2.  Review the results from final gloss test after surface treatment on Wind Turbine number 28, television interference complaint resolution update,  substation landscaping 5-year review.

    The Planning Commission will deliberate and may make decisions and/or recommendations regarding mitigation or enforcement related to the sound study, complaint resolution, or sub-station site plan.
