Bid Opportunities

The Mason County Housing Program is now accepting bids for CDBG Housing Improving Local Livability (CHILL) and MI Neighborhood (MIN) home improvement projects. Bids were originally due on September 15, 2026 but the deadline was extended. Bids are now due by Friday, September 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in person or via email to sevans@masoncountymi.gov.
